If you are reading this, there is a big chance that you already heard a number of spiritual stories – philosophies, teachings, approaches. For instance, some stories will tell you how to live your life, what to do, how to do this or that, what you have to do, and what you mustn’t. Some stories will tell you about the journey of your soul, about the importance of doing the right thing, about your spiritual growth. Generally, stories will tell you that something is important, that you can mess things up, that you must do this or that.

No matter how “spiritual” they sound, most of these stories are based in a fundamental confusion about who we really are. Even if sometimes, they would say the contrary, they look at things from an assumption that we are an individual being, something excluded from everything else. This is also just a story, story of our lives.

But actually, we are One, we are everything that is, experiencing countless individual stories. So if we are It, Creation itself, everything that is is created by It-Us. So where’s the problem? The experience of a problem is also created from Creation because It wants to experience it. There is no other, there is no separation. There is only One. Expressing.

If you look at any of these stories from this new perspective (which you can experience only through an insight), they stop making sense. What is left is just letting yourself live the story, simply, being part of the story. You stop theorizing, philosophizing, trying, and believing the thoughts that create tension and resistance. You get back to peace.
