If you have an issue with your health, whether it’s just a minor symptom or a serious disease, if you start to pay attention to the part of the body in which the issue exists, you will notice that you don’t really feel full, warm, relaxed, fluid, pleasant in this part of your body. Probably you will notice constriction, tension, lack of energy, and most important of all, lack of the feeling of fullness. You, that is, your being, your attention is not present in this part of your body, you are just not there.


The point I’m sharing here is that healing or at least part of the healing can be done by just focusing your attention on the troubled part of your body. Just bring your attention and let it stay there, let all of you, all of your presence stay in this part of your body.

Often, this can’t be done so easily. When our body or a part of our body is healthy and energetically fluid, it is easy to keep our attention on it because, we can feel it well, we can feel it is there. When a part of our body is not that healthy on the other hand, it is not so easy, it is like we have nothing to feel, like it’s just not there. And our attention keeps slipping from this point which we want to have focus on. The feeling can be something like we are trying to hold a slippery fish. And if we are too much in our mind, in our personal thinking, usually we won’t be able to do it, to keep the attention in the troubled part of our body, it will always be flushed away.

But, if you keep exploring and playing with the focus of your attention, you will notice that sometimes it is easier to keep the attention in your body. Take your time for it, for practicing, experimenting. My advice is to take 1 to 1.5 hours at a time every day in the beginning. Minutes you spend with your attention in your body do matter. Anyway, don’t give up, when you feel your mind is getting you out of the body and dispersing your attention into dozens of unimportant stories, get it back in, again and again and again.

When your full attention, the deeper the better, is in the troubled part of your body, you will feel instant healing start to happen. This is very powerful, it is the self-correcting mechanism, the universal healing and balancing power that works through us, all we need to “do” is invite ourselves, that is, our presence back to the surface and into the body. This is universally accessible deep healing on all levels, and you will intuitively know in which way it is working on you the moment you start feeling it.
